Carrots

Soy sauce, Lemon juice, Sesame seeds, Salt, Black pepper, Chia seeds
Please follow the next steps:

Preheat a pan.

Take shredded smoked chicken. If you don’t already have this on hand, the boiled one will bi fine and put it in the pan.

Peel and cut the carrots into slices.

Cut bell pepper into stripes.

Place the carrots and bell pepper in the oiled pan and simmer covered over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.

Add the peas, broccoli and soy sauce to the pan with the carrots. Mix everything and simmer over medium heat for another 5 minutes.

Cut the tofu into large cubes. Add it to the pan and simmer for another 5 minutes over medium heat (do not overcook the tofu, it should remain firm).

Gently tear the lettuce leaves, place them evenly on a flat plate and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Place the contents of the pan over the lettuce leaves and sprinkle them with sesame seeds. Dinner is ready!
