Essential ingredients

  • Peanut butter

    150 g (12 tbsp)

  • Eggs

    60 g (1 pieces)

  • Sugar

    80 g (2½ cup)

  • Brown sugar

    50 g

  • Acai powder

    5 g (1 tsp)

  • Salt

    1 g (⅕ tsp)

  • Hershey's Kisses

    160 g (20 pieces)

How to make

Please follow the next steps:

    Preheat your oven to 350 Fahrenheit.

    Mix the egg, sugar, vanilla extract, peanut butter, and salt in a medium bowl. Mix until smooth. Cover the dough and let it chill for 1 hour.

    Make 1-inch balls from the dough and roll them in sugar.

    Cover a baking tray with parchment paper. Place the cookies 2-3 inches apart. Bake for 10 minutes.

    Remove the baking tray from the oven and place the kisses on top of the cookies. Press them a little bit.
