This tropical green smoothie might look like a regular sweet drink at first glance. But apart from fruits, there are also protein, hemp and chia seeds, and spinach. It makes the smoothie a well-balanced nutritious drink. That's why this smoothie will satiate you and give you enough energy, fiber, vitamins, and minerals.
Spinach
80 g (2 cup)
Pineapple chunks
140 g (1 cup)
Mango chunks
140 g (1 cup)
Hemp seeds
15 g (2 tbsp)
Chia seeds
8 g (2 tsp)
Coconut water
100 g (½ cup)
Vanilla protein powder
40 g (2 tbsp)
Please follow the next steps:
