How to make

Please follow the next steps:

    Cook buckwheat for about 15 minutes, or until ready.

    In a frying pan in oil, fry the chopped onions until golden.

    Mix all products - minced meat, buckwheat, onions.

    Add egg, salt, and pepper and beat well. If you want the buckwheat to be juicy, add 1 tablespoon of sour cream.

    Form cutlets and roll down them in flour.
